Lord God,
You are great
holy and just
kind and good
You keep all of your promises
and are faithful
to all those who love you
and follow your ways
we repent to you
because we’ve strayed so far from you
forgive us
forgive our nation
we haven’t listened to your Word
hardened our hearts against your Spirit
done things our own way
Hear our prayers
give us repentant hearts
remember us in your loving kindness
as you had compassion on Israel
time and time again
have compassion on all your people
cleanse us
heal our land
bring peace and life
shine your face upon us
turn hearts back toward you
that we may be blessed
Lord you are God
worthy of all praise
God of righteousness, justice, and holy love.
